These are things we promise every visit. It doesn't matter why you came in.
Honest talk
We'll tell you what a treatment can and can't do. No big promises, just honest words. Many folks come in after seeing ads that promise fast miracles. We won't do that. If a treatment gives small results, we say so. If another choice fits better, we point you there. You should never feel pushed into a service that won't help. Our job is to guide you, not sell you things you don't need.
Clear prices
You'll know the cost before you start anything. No surprise bills later. We go over prices at your first visit, not after. You'll see what each session costs and what a full plan might run. If a package fits your goals better, we explain that too. Some folks want one quick fix. Others want a longer plan over months. Either way, you choose based on real numbers, not a guess. Nobody likes a bill that doesn't match what they thought.

If we say we'll check on you, we do. Your results matter even after you leave.

Our nurses and laser techs train hands-on in face anatomy before they treat anyone. They learn how muscles move and skin ages. They learn how different faces react to care. This training takes months, not days. New hires don't work alone until they've practiced under close watch. Every injector knows where nerves and blood vessels sit under the skin. That keeps your treatment safe and your results looking natural. We'd rather train longer than risk a mistake on your face.

By the end, you'll know what fits your skin and your budget. We won't book anything until you feel good about the plan.

Two spots, one level of care
We help patients all over San Antonio. We have an Alamo Quarry Market spot and a Dominion Creek spot. Both use the same rules and trained staff.
